Jersey Mike's Poway Rd. is a fantastic location! We order lunches regularly for our staff and some other restaurants get the orders wrong or mix up the orders, making it very inconvenient. LayLay, the Poway Rd. Store Manager, took personal charge of my order for our company and made sure EVERY ORDER WAS CORRECT! I am so grateful! I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location!

Don’t order online expecting to save time. The staff let the online orders stack up, while they serve walk-in customers. I walked at the same time another gentlemen walked in, about 10 min after my order was placed. I watched the 2 girls serve 2 customers while letting my order sit there. When it was my turn in line, they told me to sit down while they made my sandwich. What was the point of ordering ahead online? Orders should be made on a first come, first served basis. Subs are good at least.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Their subs are delicious. We usually get the number 13 grilled. It’s amazing. Try it. They also have triple chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are so good they should be illegal. My only minor complaint is they don’t always have the cookies or enough of them.
Food was good but the two counter persons were kinda rude and not pleasant. Was there around 6pm on Saturday.
Really good Philly Cheese Steak. I recommend the Rosemary roll.
