The worst fast food chain experience. I placed an online order, which supposed to be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. I got to the drive through window 30 minutes later and found they canceled my order. They asked me to wait in the gas station?? So they can prepare the order. I waited for almost 15 minutes but no one showed up. I ended up canceling the order after trying to call time multiple times!
I usually pick this location, because i know the food is always made fresh to order and the staff is always friendly. I went to this Jack in the box on 4/19/21. And there was a crazy lady in front of me yelling at the workers. She kept putting down the cashier that was trying her best to help her. It was clear the cashier was Hispanic and did have an accent, but her English was clear enough for me to understand. The lady kept on asking if she was speaking a language from outer space . Cuz apparently Noone speaks English here , its nothing but Mexicans . I was honestly offended by her actions as I am of Hispanic decent. The workers kept their cool, I don't know how but they still managed to be calm and collected after having to encounter such a horrible person. Kudos to Angie, the cashier who took the verbal abuse ? .
I'm addicted to their tiny tacos order them playing beside with the side of sour cream to die for they also have zesty nacho cheese on them Overkill I don't recommend it and then I got some by accident the other day lettuce and salsa look pretty good I'll have to try that one next yes definitely a two thumbs up for tiny tacos at Jack In The Box
The service is terrible. Long lines and although the food hasn't changed, but bring a book. You'll have time to read it while waiting for your food.

I appreciate the manager here he is so kind and will see it on the picture I shared. One of the best branches I visited for I was short of few cents and he said it is ok and was so friendly.I bet he is a kind man to all and his staff.
Too bad no one that works here speaks fluent ENGLISH. Everyone speaks Spanish?? Does that mean I can pay in pesos? Well, that's Globalization for you. Jack en la Caja?? But the food is good. Ok.
There's always a few things that don't disappoint. Buttered burgers,, tacos, jalapeño poppers and caramel iced coffee.
Good food , long lines unless your lucky and the location in on the main rd so pretty convenient.
Sourdough chicken and the meat burger the best
