I just want to put a shout out to the Five Guys in the Poway location. My first time ever to this particular place and the customer service was above and beyond. The cashier Matt, was very helpful. I only came here to get my Milkshake fix. I love the choices and they make really good milkshakes and malts. I’ve been back twice already!
Best burgers, best fries, amazing milkshakes. The only thing that could make it better would be peanuts. And they have peanuts! Sadly I've been there twice to eat around noon, and due to some dumb manager's decision they don't open until 2 p.m. That's crazy. This is how a business fails. Why would you remove yourself from the lunch crowd?
The Burgers at Five Guys are always good. But very overpriced even for the fresh ingredients and consistency. I only grab a bite there once every year or two due to price.

This place used to be better when it 1st opened but now things have really gone downhill, the burgers are supposed to come well done as you can see in the picture of mine that is medium to medium rare when I asked for more mustard they made a face and handed me a packet and I had asked for a proper side because I like a lot of mustard and they made a face and slowly honored my request, the food took 27 minutes for a Burger. It's extremely overpriced for what you get, the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the cajun fries are delicious. Also the Men's restroom was completely unacceptable! Why would I want to come back here?
Hamburgers were a bit pricey but it's probably the best hamburger I've eaten in the past few years
My absolute favorite burger. The only complaint I have is that they pour all the fires over your burgers and it makes the wrapper all greasy.
Best burger in town. Place is really clean and even when I order for pick up the food is still hot by the time I get home.
Always a great Burger. Excellent Cajun Fries!
