Acai Bowls Juice Bar & Smoothies

I had a pleasant experience here. Customer service was great. The cashier lady was very sweet with me while I was deciding and making my order. I was disappointed they didn’t have any fresh juice options, only smoothies, but other than that I have zero complaints. I only ordered the ever bowl and it was tasty.

the customer service is so bad. they imitated my sister and made rude commentary about us under their breath. then they continued to reenact what my sister said and filmed it as we were sitting outside. i felt so uncomfortable and judged there yet they were kind to other customers. so disrespectful.

The chewy base is supposedly acai and peanut butter, but this tasted like neither. No flavor at all really. The fruit and other toppings were decent, but I was there for the acai.

The first time here, we came at noon, the fruit looks ok, not as fresh as I except( probably I am picky?), a lot of topping choices. Service is just ok.

The second star is out of respect for what everbowl once was ,but one star is what I would really give. After making this a weekly stop for the past few years, I am disappointed in the changes they have made to “better” the experience. Having worked retail, I understand the impact the pandemic can have, but this change missed the mark to say the least. Wish I could say I’m sad that today was my last everbowl, however, it’s not that sad when the prices go up for a lower quality dish.

I enjoyed my first everbowl, especially after a good hike. There were many bases and unlimited toppings to choose from. It’s like having dessert for breakfast.

very good food with a large selection but pricey . quality depends on the workers there

It was ok- the people working were nice and seemed to be enjoying their time together, but my bowl wasn't too tasty (I believe I ordered a base with acai so I figured it was going to have more flavor) and there were some moldy blueberries in it. The base tasted like a neutral, slightly tangy flavor. For reference the most flavor I got was from the granola and strawberries. I prefer the one near Torrey Highlands park at the shopping center (a little bit south of the park). Anyways I'm not on a witch hunt with this review just really didn't hit the mark for me especially with the price. I'm still down for trying the Everbowl closer to where I live every once in a while.Side note- I've been curious as to what goes into the bases exactly. I.e. how the base gets so thick and doesn't melt. My guess has been that there's a fair amount of xanath gum maybe? With frozen blueberries?

Pricey but good.

This place isn't bad before the whole COVID-19 thing started. I went with my daughter and her friend today. We just came back from the beach and we were hot, dandy and tired. I forgot my mask and the girl taking order acted as if I had Ebola. I ordered and asked for a receipt because they won't take cash and I keep receipts for credit card transactions, she gave me a receipt for what I ordered. Either she didn't want to be there or her IQ just wasn't enough to work there. Food itself was ok. The reason I chose everbowl was because I bought their gift cards at Costco before COVID-19 and I wanted to use it.As someone who knows small business owners and helps when I can, attitude is everything. Without the customers, they are nothing. I will not be returning. What a shame.
