Always friendly and fast service and really good food
Spent over $20 for 2 carnitas street tacos, and the 2 beef taco plate with beans and rice.The taco plate had a few pieces of hair to start off with, and I know it wasn't mine because it was long and black. The carnitas tacos tasted too sweet. The beans taste very average.The meat in the beef tacos was still cold. After eating here I felt sick.
Disappointed about the amount of food for the outrageous prices they chargeToday I ordered $15 carne asada fries and when I got back to the office, saw that half the box was emptyThis is the most I've paid for fries to get this amountIt seems like this is the new trend here, increase prices, decrease amount of food and charge extra for the sidesThere are better tacos shops around the area
Every time I come to this authentic taco shop, the food is absolutely delicious!I love the fact that they have ground beef rolled tacos!Another great reason to come here is because of Madea. Her warm, welcoming smile and genuine personality is a delight! Thank you!
Tacos al pastor,you'll be back for more,if I had my way,I'd stay all day,eating al pastor galore!A balance of sweet and spice,The texture of meat was nice,Juicy and tender,I'll always remember,My side of beans and rice!I ordered on the spot,The women and peppers were hot,Like a soda with ice,It's always real nice,To see the employees laughing alot :)
Very average - had a fish taco and carnitas taco. Both were of the “just a hunk of meat on tortilla” variety. Minimal fixings like cabbage or salsa or avocado. The meat was cheap and fatty. The salsa bar only had 3 salsa to choose from.
One of the best Taco shops in Poway! I love getting the daily special which come with a drink. The tacos and flautas are great. They have great salsas and pre covid had a salsa bar which was really wonderful (hope they bring this back). The drink selection is good and the have good TEA!

Grew up nearby and this is my favorite Mexican shop of all time. I just haven't found anywhere else that does flautas quite like them. The staff is always nice and curious and the service is fast. I come back every time I visit San Diego and don't see that changing.
I love this track so they're so helpful in making recommendations and the food is consistently fresh and good I really love their salsa and the fact that you can buy a jar to bring home. Always clean and it can get busy but just call in your order if you're in a rush.
