I came to Poway in April 2021. Visit from Indiana for a work thing. Found this place for lunch and fell in love with both the owners and the food.Found out I was coming back and I was immediately excited about coming back just to eat lunch here. They swear they remember me from a year ago and the hospitality wouldn't tell me any differently. It's like he was my buddy and I was a daily regular. Kind man and his wife too. Got the #5 first day. Was amazing. Then he told me to get the #3. So next day I did. Blown away. "Next time you try #8". Not gonna doubt the man so I did. And that was the best one.Listen, I travel all around the world for my job and this place is special. The world needs more people like them and more sammiches like this.Seriously, I can't say enough great things about this place and even if I never make it back, it will always be a great memory and a golden place I'll remember forever.So if you're still reading this, what are you waiting for! Go experience one of the biggest and delicious deli sandwiches to ever exist!
Real good sandwiches! Super nice staff. Everything is made to order and is fast service. All the sandwiches we've tried so far are delicious!

OMG! I had the hot pastrami it was the BEST sandwich I've had in years! Family owned and operated. You can taste the love in their food. I will definitely be back. I like a place that takes pride in their food that they put out and you can definitely tell that this place does that.

Most of the items are excellent, I however, would NOT reccomend the Chef's Salad. Friendly people, great service, clean and quick.

It was my first time there. The owner and his wife were so wonderful and greeted everyone who walked in, asked how my day was going, made it feel like the neighborhood corner deli. Will definitely be back! (FYI, their cookies.....bomb!)
