By far my worst experience at any cold stone. Upon entering the store I was asked for a vaccination card to make sure I was vaccinated, this is against all HIPPA laws as they are not a medical provider and are not entitled to my medical information. Beyond that, that bigger girl working was clearly not wearing deodorant and the stench was easily noticeable upon entering the store. Get your employees in check Cold Stone! Just general Hygiene is pretty simple... never coming back to this store.
This Cold stone not only gave me super melted ice cream and didn’t taste like the flavor but also proceeded to ask for our medical information just so that we didn’t have to wear masks. I am very disappointed and probably will never visit a cold stone again. That is totally against hippa laws to ask to see my medical information.
Worst cold stone experience I've ever had. Very disappointed in this visit. How is it possible to mess up an order 3 times.
We were really disappointed with the staff. We tried making an order online and it wasnt going through, so we called to place a pickup order for a Mario cake. The website said it was an 8” cake so we said we wanted the 8” Mario cake. The young man didnt know what cake was 8” and didnt give us any way to find out. He continually insisted we order online even though we told him is wasnt working. So finally we figured which cake was which and placed the order. All of this could be overlooked but he somehow got the wrong cake ordered. This was a gift for a friend in a time of need and we were very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and the wrong order.
Was the worst experience. I went in to buy a large cake to celebrate an exciting event for my family and as soon as I went to cakes the employee wanted me to not touch the refrigerator where cakes were kept. Upon telling him I’m trying to see the cake he still told me to not touch and open. I walked out and won’t be walking back in. Disappointing. Don’t come here
I have been a customer of this location since it first opened 10+ years ago. I have never had a bad experience, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The ice cream is delicious. The only thing I miss is having the outside tables and chairs which were taken away a year or so ago when Target expanded.
