I had a frustrating experience here the other day when I placed a pickup order online. I ordered two different burritos. Burrito #1 for someone who is completely spice-intolerant and can't eat black beans without being stuck on the toilet for the rest of the day. Burrito #2 for someone who adds 3 different types of salsa and enjoys a blend of black and pinto beans.I pick up my order and the worker hands it to me. I ask, "Are the burritos labelled?" Worker says no and walks away without giving me a chance to respond.Awesome, it's now my job open and reassemble a tightly wrapped burrito after picking through the filling trying to find black beans. In COVID times. Just so I don't cause gastric distress in my lunch companion.How hard is it to write "salsa" or "black bean" on a wrapper? Please label your food.
Shout out to Alex my girl on shift right now (11:50 Tuesday March 15) if every employee made a bowl like hers chipolte would go viral cause it looks amazing, she does a cool thing at the end where she just does the bowl so professionally, she listens to what you want (half of both rices for example) and it just makes me feel like someone wants to make my day special. You will experience an incredible bowl here. Fresh fresh delicious ingredients at this chipolte. This is where I thought to come after after I got my blood drawn and this chipolte in particular, this Chipolte, it brought me back to full health. I AM SO IMPRESSED. Thank ghandi this chipolte and it’s level of quality and amazing team members. They should tik tok how she makes the bowls.
Ordered online. Veggie bowl. Got white rice instead of brown, hardly any guac what so ever, really had to search for it. The fajita veggie bell peppers were poorly chopped, uneven, and huge chunks, I don’t think they were even roasted, they tasted raw.
Just FYI, the orders on line were up to 20 minutes behind. The food was substandard by any measure...as far as the on-line order.
Was a regular here once or twice a week for salads. The last two weeks they had no dressing... said blender was broken but evidently no rush to fix. Stood on line 15 min today just to find they still didn't have dressing... not good.
Went there to order a bowl on December 19 and asked for kids bowl. The girl working was very sweet but she told me they don’t have kids bowl but they can make regular bowl into a kids one so I said okay just add half of everything you would add on a regular bowl. My regular size bowl had half of the contents and when she rang me up she charged me for the full price. I asked her isn’t the kids bowl for 4.95 she replied because we don’t have kids bowl we can’t give you that price. Either take the kids option out of your menu or be upfront with your customers.
Burrito bowl or bowl of soup?!?? Ordered 3 bowls for myself and colleagues as i picked up the bag more than a quart of watery substance poured through the bag and almost lost my bowls of soup i mean burrito bowls….. maybe less water and more beans. I love chipotle and run into this quite often however this was very excessive.
Ridiculous never again, I approached the lady and acknowledged her that I normally get a decent amount of protein as all they just gave me what ever left over on the 3rd pan and that was less than 3 oz total and Never again this used to be my 1st choice of Mexican, coming from a former Professional Line cook at reputable places I have restaurant experience and this was a unique embarrasment with that scarce protein and attitude
I love the food, but I am sooooooo tired of getting my salads with NO freakin salad dressing. Every. Single. Time.
The service is great and the food in delicious!!!
