I normally have a great experience at Chick-fil-A but. I ordered grilled chicken was given battered. I tried the battered and it was greasy and dry on the inside . My husbands chicken sandwich was greasy as well. We both left the BG's aka Bubble guts!
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes behind 3 other cars before receiving my botched order. Waited another 10 minutes in the drive thru again, because door was locked. The young cashier and manager were slow to understand my concerns, and then made me pay for an order they messed up. The boys should probably lay off the pipe before work.
Kids area is so clean and they have a ball!!Food is good.Dining space was pretty dirty at evening time but yeah.
The dining room smelled like stale vegetables. The tables were only partially bussed, little pieces of food, paper and dirt clearly visible on the floor, seats and tables. My buddy ordered cookies with his meal, but they weren't brought out with his food. Went up to the counter to get them and they made him dig out the receipt. Food was...I don't even remember. Let's say forgettable, under the weight of overall disgusting conditions. Guess I should have stuck to drive thru.
Went to this restaurant and ordered burgers, taste not really good, and fried chicken, very small, and salad, its okay, the price was...just little unreasonable. The portions of the food are small and not sure why it is worth the price. It's basically fried chicken breast, though i dont really like it. Maybe just different personal preference. My word is for reference only.
Car at window right behind them. Waited 17.5 minutes for them to get there order. People were pulling out of line it was ridiculous. They said oh well sorry. Will never go to this location again and work down the street. Even buy lunch for employees never again.
Rudest staff I have ever met. Talks down to you when they mess up and don’t take any kind of responsibility. A team “lead” identified herself as a manager when I requested to speak with one. And when I talked to an actual manager she was just as rude. They affiliated with DoorDash and loved blaming them for forgetting items that they were responsible for providing, just pushed the problem onto them. This is not the first thing this location has messed up orders even when I go through the drive thru/in person orders they miss things constantly. Do not recommend and extremely disappointed with this specific location
Great food! I was surprised with the low calorie options. Skinless chicken tenders are only 200 calories for a full serving, and it was very satisfying
Helpful friendly and funny staff. The food is great tasting and served quickly. Constant cleaning makes the place sparkle.
I understand that prices are going up everywhere. I would rather pay a little bit more for a sandwich than have the fillet half the size. Will give you one more chance before I go shopping elsewhere. Also, the chick nuggets were burned before able to eat.Get yoursh#it together. Maybe a new manager.
