Not super impressed with service. Not friendly when I showed up with little kids. She said they were closed. Online said another hour. Refused to serve.
Ordered a ice cream birthday cake. My son went and picked it up at 10:00am. He proceeded to drive back home approx 15-20 mins away with his A/C on in the car. Needless to say the cake melted during the making process not the pick up and drive home process(as manager implied) . I could tell because I opened the box and touched the still hard and frozen ice cream. I also noticed one of the cookies was not in the proper place and side were smashed in. Called the store and spoke to a worker and she said she was sorry and would contact her manager. Manager called about ten minutes later and I explained what happened. Manager said that worker said cake was fine and nothing wrong when it was picked up. Not the case but explained again and manager understood. Said she would make it right by sending some freebie coupons to my address. Couple things to note, First-cake is not made in the store, it is made by an independent person( yeah really). Second-if you're a person in charge"manager" you should inspect all orders before customer picks them up. Third- when you say you will make it right with freebies dont lie and not follow through with your promise. Thats just bad business and wrong. Its been almost three weeks.
We're in a covid pandemic and none of the employees handling food and money were wearing gloves... Is that normal for this company??
Given she was the only one there, the server really hustled and did a great job. Not as many flavors as the good old days. Nice outdoor sitting area.
Hannah graciously helped us pick our flavors by offering us delicious samples. It's been a while, since samples weren't given out during Covid shut downs. Oh, sweet samples, welcome back! Hannah celebrated our birthdays with us and wished us happy birthday. Thank your, Baskin Robbins, for providing us with quality ice cream and customer service!
Yummy ice cream! The selection of flavors wasn't as vast as usual, maybe because Covid, but still had plenty.
I bought my brother a quart .To my surprise it had corn syrup in it.BUT, HE LOVED IT! HAPPY MAN!

Don't know what it is about this place. On previous visit they were running out of whip cream in pm, saw a girl run back from store w bags full, that's why my Sundae had next to none. Current visit my two scoop sundae with hot fidge and whip didn't even come up to the top of small cup. Why so chintzy on the goods? That's 4. 99 for very little. I've had bigger two scoop cones before.
