Went to Wingstop today with my girlfriend Sara and Irene was very nice and gave us our food, service was fast and was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?
Awesome price for 10 wings, fries and a drink. Staff is friendly. Only problem is the call in. I get that wingstop is very busy but an hour wait ? The staff either forgot or just didn’t care.. Other than that. Amazing food.
Tried placing an order through phone and got the busy tone call after call. Was told phone is down and then it would be a 45 to a 1 hour wait. Place looked dead.
I come here pretty often and the service is usually OK, unfortunately for today it was a different experience. I had ordered thighs online and was waiting for a hot minute already and then they tell me that they ran out of the thighs, so I asked if I can just exchange them for wings and they flat out told me NO. They said that I will be refunded in 2-3 Business days. I asked if I can just get the refund in cash, and they said they don't do that. I then asked that if I was to order again will my wait time be even longer? They said that their wait time was 45 min - 1 hour. I was already waiting for my food for 30 minutes before they even told me that they didn't have the thighs and they practically told me that I had to go in the back of the line. It was such a horrible experience and unacceptable. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and it was so disappointing. I was here around 10:30 PM on 10/24/21. The people working used to be understanding and compassionate. WHAT HAPPENED?? I hope I end up getting my refund, I will not be returning to this location.

Wings and everything are good but usually at every wing stop including this one their pretty slow either their busy or they suck
Order online said 40-46 mins. Not ready when i arrived and had to wait another 30 mins

Ridiculous wait. Anyone posting positive reviews is crazy. 1 hour wait. Really. I do deliveries and talked to many online orderers . Stupid.....
I'm not impressed! Ordered some wings and it took them 45 minutes to get the order out(we could have went to a roach coach and had our food AND been home).
