I rarely ever even bother writing a review, however I could NOT believe how slow the drive through line is the 2 times I've been here. In my 40 years of life, this is the literally the longest times of drive through waiting. We all know there is waiting involved in any drive through, but 20-35 minutes can't be ok... and that's every visit... I'm surprised corporate let's them get away with it. Product is your typical Starbucks, but unless you have time, I would not come to this location.
LOVE this Starbucks. There is a man who works there at the register that is so friendly. Wish I would've got his name. He is super outgoing and loudly funny (in a good way). All the employees are friendly but we like going in there just to hear the cashiers quirky jokes. Oh and the coffee is always how we like it. He even put Miku on my daughters drink because that's who she was dressed as. ? this location. Maybe they can use the sticker on her cup to give him recognition.
Peter on Henderson is amazing! Super awesome, helpful, friendly, and has great hair.
Wish they would put extra Carmel like I ask but other than that. They are pretty good

We purchased a few of the 96 ounce travel coffees for a funeral service. It was great because it came with cups, lids, sugar, stir sticks & creamer. Made it a lot easier to provide to our guests. We were able to order ahead and just go pick up our order. We received great customer service as well.
We literally waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes!!! I'm pretty sure it's because all the employees working there right now are guys. And when we pulled up to the window, there was only 1 guy making the drinks! And then two of them left and two others showed up and overall there was at least 8 people working there which doesn't make sense! Either order ahead or go to another location because here they take the longest time ever!!!
Wow amazing, The team is very knowledge the cashier can even do magic tricks with your payment method nothing under his sleeve. Only flaw was with the takeout window we had a little wait before our drinks got started.
No lobby service and very long wait in drive thru.
Could not go into store drive thru only
