When it should've been a substitution. She said they had to charge. Uhm. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Customer service was not great! ?

This is my 3rd trip to this location every time I have waited in line for over 27 minutes And when you get to the window the food is cold Why is it not ready if you have waited almost 30 minutes in line?? The quality at the store is falling apart The corporate office should definitely look at the drive-through times And remember Dutch brothers is also in the same town ?
