THIS PLACE HAS SOME PEOPLE THAT NEED TO LEARN WHAT MEANS WHAT. AND WHOM IS WAITING WHEN WAITING AND TO TALK LESS MAKE MORE COFFEES AND OR AS WELL NOT STAND AROUND WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED GREATLY. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO TALK AND STAND STILL IN A COFFEE SPOT YOU ARE CLUELESS TO YOUR JOB. I PAID FOR TWO DRINKS TODAY AND DIDNT GET ONE AND WHY I PAID FOR SOME ONE ELSES WHEN OFFERED TO PAY THE CHANGE YET CHARGED FOR THE ??? COST ME $9.75 AND WALKED OUT EMPTY HANDED WHAT THE !!!
Went 4/2/22 ,they messed up on my drink and I was over charged, she pro long in calling her mgr..... girl at drive thru was very rude, I paid 18$ for 3 drinks so I expect better service ?. All other Starbucks r more polite.
Ordered something online when arrived to pick they don't have that item , also ordered a drink a certain way and was complete opposite of what I ordered
I went in to purchase a Mocha Frap, the customer service was good and experienced in the menu. The parking space is small and can be difficult to drive in or out of the local.
This location struggles hard at night. The wait on drinks is ridiculous..Need trained staff at night. Training on how to make drinks and what drizzles, whip, etc come with specific drinks.... I ordered two caramel macchiato and no caramel drizzle.. I mean are they out of caramel? To be informed would of been some common Courtesy for the customer. It’s the little things that make the difference. I will be choosing a different location..
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE EMPLOYEES. Just waited forever in drive through and drove through. We thought there was an issue with the app/phone reader so I rolled down my window and let her know we didn’t place an order. She then aggressively with an attitude says “oh so you just decided you were going to drive through!” Yes because come on no one wants to wait 40 minutes if there was some issue. So I replied is everything resolved now? Again the girl working the window came back yelling with an attitude, sarcastic condescending tone and aggressive body language “ yes I was helping her with an issue” Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for and I can’t believe we were treated like this. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager but no luck. Obviously we will not be returning to this location which was once my favorite. We were told The manager was on vacation and the shift lead was completely uninterested in listening to the way we were treated. Such a disappointment. We love starbucks and used to love this location and wanted our yummy usuals, but instead received nothing but attitude and sarcasm. Absolutely disgraceful.
They couldn't get a Hot Coco right How hard is that??? The first and only time I ever got a hot drink there and it was a waste of time and money
If u go to the one on hernderson omg inside or out side they take forever u will be waiting a long time that's for sure n drink are alright I guess
Love Starbucks. They know me by my first name. And all the workers are kind and always smiling. They get so busy some days it takes time to get your order but they it's always worth the wait. I like using the app and ordering in advance it saves time and effort on a busy morning when heading to work. Thanks guys you rock!!
