I went and got my food which by the way wasn’t all good and I go to the windo to ask for ketchup and other sauces and wait for 10 minutes when there were no other people in line and I still didn’t get any help so I left and didn’t even finish my food because the food made me sick half way through over all all I say is to go get something else

We ordered my grandson a burger with nothing but cheese. We got a burger with everything but cheese. He's sad, and I'm annoyed.

Line for drive thru seemed long but I we went right thru . Staff did an awesome job !food was great thank you . If your in the area and hungry Rally’s is the place to s be !!!
Two drive thru windows that move surprisingly quick depending on the time of day. Employees are always friendly and the food is great!
All i can say is they need to take better care like cleaning
