Not a huge deal, but when I order two plates of chicken and pasta, I kind of expect to find a little bit of chicken in the pasta.

It was easy to order online and my pizza was great.

I had to update app and usually the online ordering lets you personalize the whole pizza including the crust. When ordering last night I could pick out hand tossed but not if I wanted Pizza hut traditional, garlic parmesan or any other flavor of the outside crust after backed. My pizza was just plain and it unfortunately made both pizzas taste completely different from our usual great pizza. We order from the same Pizza hut and pick them up. The edges of crust are a part of the pizza taste experience and this unfortunately made are pizzas not very good.

I was very disappointed ordered my pizza way ahead of time set it for pick up at 7:45pm. When I arrive turns out it was handed to somebody else I had to wait for my order and when I got home it was cold. It did not taste fresh since supposedly it was misplaced so I was told.

I loved prepaid and still get it without leaving the house and staying in my pajamas

Always good pizza since my child hood

The delivery driver was prompt and courteous and the quality of the food was excellent as well. Pizza was hot and delicious and delivery was efficient.

Spread the sauce more evenly, rather than a clump

Cook the pizza fully not leave it raw and a big ol arm and leg for a little pizza

Pizza was as expected. But there were several other things that were not expected. To start, there is no menu with prices on it. So I had to ask what prices were. I don't understand. Then, there used to be a soda fountain- I like lots of ice. Thats gone. You have to get a plastic bottle of soda, or water even. Can not get a cup of water. No cups. No ice. No thanks. I actually walked out a few times to get a drink from my glass in my car. Pizza ready, I asked for some parm and red peppers. Was told that I would have to buy them! Really? No paper napkins. And finally to add further insult, there was a service fee tacked on to the bill. Wow.
