Ever since Panda opened on Prospect it has been nothing but poor service. Staff is very rude and clearly not trained properly. We had called one time after getting home with a drive thru order to tell them the orange chicken wasn’t prepared in the right sauce (it was almond chicken sauce) and the employee hung up after being rude.Tried getting drive thru again another time, and even though I was clear as to what i ordered, the order was missing an item. When i asked for the missing item at the window the employee had attitude and tried to refuse giving me the item until a supervisor stepped in. I am very disappointed in this location so far.

Panda Express is always a great place to grab a quick plate of good food. There are 2 locations, one off of 190 near lowes and the second by Walmart. Do not attempt to park in front after 4pm or you will get stuck from backed up line.

I like Panda Express once in awhile the orange chicken is good but mostly I like whenever I can go to get it is a honey walnut shrimp and either the fried rice or the noodles

Sorry but the chicken no longer taste the same the person who has been making the chicken sucks honestly it’s been hard / raw almost the flavor doesn’t even taste good anymore like back then everything else is alright but they have to get someone new again to do the chicken because this one taste gross and not the same as back then chewy cooked good :/

They do not provide you a mask if you don’t have one, and they refuse service. There’s no dine in, but I wouldn’t bother eating there anyway because the thermostat is literally at 92 degrees. This place sucks!

You can park in front of the store. The food was very good. I ate Almond Chicken, Chicken mushroom was very good. Service was fast and the workers were friendly.

Food is good. Standard Panda Express / American Chinese Mall food. The line for drive through at this location is always long. They only accepted cash tonight and forgot several items but experience was within my expectations.

The food is delicious however they are always running out of certain items for the day, or you have a 10 minute wait if you really want the item. If you're wanting water to drink, be prepared to bargain for anything bigger than a shot glass. You might get a bigger cup for .50 cents or a dollar. Some try to convince you that you need to buy a bottle of water. Biggest recent complaint... they ran out of forks. That leaves you two options. Learn to use chopsticks or eat like a 3 year old in front of strangers if you choose to dine in. I tried both. ? The end result, spearing my broccoli like a savage and staring at my rice (remembering how good it tasted last time). The plus side, the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

They didn't have food prepared. It was horribly put together. The lady who was serving had a bad attitude to her coworkers. We had to run back up a fee times for things we expected to be in the bag but were not. Didn't have and lids to the cups or any straws. The food wasn't fresh and they were empty on a few items. I watched them put the remainder of one dish in and then a fresh dish on top and the bottom just wasn't edible.

Mostly fast, great customer service. Freshly made food with healthy options.
