Slowest service if you're lucky to get your food right if you go in the morning and order a breakfast sandwich you might receive shell inside of it terrible if you order on the app and Park it's going to take you more than 5 minutes to get your food will everybody in the drives right by after collecting their food they need to get their stuff together better training better management better food preparation better food handling better service better all around this terrible service reminds me of one time I came a few months back and the girl that drive through window started getting ghetto with me throwing her gang signs claiming her gang wanting to fight with me right in front of the manager the manager didn't do anything terrible
McDonald's being what it is, my kids love it. The service is good, friendly and of course they're always busy so I expect the wait but the order was correct and they enjoyed it.
Just awful!! They never give the right amount of sauces and hardly ever get our orders right. I also door dash and last night I sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there. If I could give negatives stars..
Mcdonalds sets the standard in fine cuisine. For 58 yrs this place has been pumping out life giving sustenance. Way to go mc'donalds. Our planet is a better place because you exist.
I paid for a 40 piece chicken nuggets & I only got a 10 piece. Are you serious? So unprofessional. Not a great way to start the year!!
I got home open up my nuggets, I was so disappointed and disgusted. To top it all off, customer service is complete trash and unprofessional.
This McDonald's is a waste of a place. The tables are never cleaned, the floors you can see grease on it which is a big safety concern. There's more than 7 people on shift and no one apparently can't clean the lobby. The lobby is also full of flies so eating in the restaurant is a no no unless you like flies landing on you and your food.
The staff has a better work attitude since corp. Stood up. Things are doing better. Still long line in drive through.
I come to this local frequently and enjoy the drive thru. Even when the drive thru is crowded you get your order really fast. Customer service is excellent.
You know as many cars are in the drive thru it never feels very long to get your order. They are much quicker then Plano McDonald's.
