Came in 2 mins before closing.. they didn't make me feel bad for coming jn right before closing. Still suoer helpful and kind.!!! Amazing customer service
I placed an order for pickup at this location because the other one here in town has gotten on my nerves. But I guess all little Caesars are the same. I went in about 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be in the portal to give them time and I get there, it's packed with people, one lady is ordering 50 pizzas so I have to wait to talk to the one employee at the register because my pizzas were NOT in the portal. I finally talk to them after 10 minutes and it turns out my food was just sitting there by the pizza portal waiting out in the open! Like WTH is up with that??? At least at the location on W Henderson they apologized and gave me free bread sticks once when they made me wait and once when they messed up my pizza but here they didn't even say anything! Im willing to give them one last chance because I honestly enjoy the pizza, but if they mess it up again or don't have my food ready when they say it's ready then they lost a customer forever. Please get it together Little Caesars!
Just go to Blaze. It’s the same price and better taste and service.At this location of little ceasars I Ordered online, half pepperoni and half cheese sticks. I picked it up on my way home (because I live out of town), the pizza was spicy!?! My kids couldn’t eat it. I called to let them know to see why and what could be done because of course I paid for it. They said “We don’t have anything spicy here, so we don’t know “. They were of no help. So much for not having to make food tonight.

As always Little Caesars is my go-to place I love their Pizza I love all the young kids that work there they keep everything right and safe and happy 5 stars
