Always friendly and fast drivers, and my pizza always arrives with cheese and toppings intact.
I have purchased pizza from Domino's in Porterville for the last time. Two weeks ago I ordered two pizzas and my Grand daughter found a chunk of black material that measured 1/2 " wide X 3/4 "long between two of the slices. It was either very fine black plastic or hair. It was hard to determine what it was. Last I night ordered two more pizzas again. Another of my grand daughters opened one of the boxes which happened to be a cheese pizza. As soon as she opened the box she found a long brown hair that was about 7 1/2 " long. Not much of a response from on-site manager when I called to speak with him. He just stated that he was sorry and that that should not happen. I thought that employees were supposed to wear hair protection??????
They tried to make me wear a mask for the 30 seconds I was there to pickup. These mandates are unconstitutional... regulators were never given the privilege to regulate what I need and needn't put on my face. I won't be doing business here again until they clean up their act. Domino's clearly needs to go outside and touch some grass sometime.
Good pizza better then little greasers
Had the best experience I've ever had with this store.. the young lady who took my order to the young lady who delivered it.... only sad part is when I called back to give complements the manager wouldn't come to the phone....
The Pizza was missing toppings and was smashed on one side… the employee was rude and gave terrible service as well. Don’t go here, seriously. Save your money and go to pizza guys.
Not consistent on the salt application yo pizzas. That's why i gave them a 3star.
Umm totally wrong order! Pizza was good! But totally not what I ordered!
The worst customer service I’ve experienced by far. Before last nights incident, two months ago I had ordered from this pizza place online, all was going good and when I went to go pick it up I was aware of the safety precautions due to COVID so I waited while another lady was inside picking up her order, I overheard one of the workers not sure if she was manager or not but she was raising her time at the lady because the lady was Mexican and the worker was having trouble understanding what she was saying, I opened the door without stepping in to help the lady translate and the worker yells at me to step outside, I said I would once I helped the lady translate and she was rude after that. The second time which was last night, I called an hour and a half before closing time, they picked up and said “please hold” so I did for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes I tried calling again and they would just pick up the phone and hang it right back up, so I called 4 more times and they continued to do the same, I could’ve gone and showed them the multiple times I called and how long I waited but instead I called five guys, they have the best customer service and better pizza! You guys should try it!
Delivered almost 3 hrs later.I Ordered a xl pepperoni pizza at 10:15 pm online. The wait time was supposed to be 28-35 minutes. It was marked delivered at 11:10 but I hadn't received anything. So I called n they said the driver was on his way so I waited. Got tired of waiting at midnight so I made quesadillas. And went to bed. They got to my house at 12:45 pounding on my door waking up everyone including my kids. I got up and politely told em were to send it.
