This place would be better if they worked on there customer service.
This location tends to be very slow moving. At least 20+ minutes if they aren’t very busy, but closer to half an hour if they are. The food is decent, but you are definitely taking a gamble on freshness and quality. Several times I’ll get the chicken fries only to have half of them inedible. Not in the picky way, in the “too hard to chew. Almost crunchy” kind of way. No employee will give you a positive experience that I’ve seen. The place overall lacks any luster. Compared to other burger kings, it’s understaffed and could use a lot of work, though I don’t see that happening.
This places closes early too often. They shut off their lights and pretend to be closed when they still over 30mins of business time. Staff is always rude and it’s super dirty inside. Not a fan of this BK. Go to a different one or just eat else where.

Terrible customer service!!! Took 30 minutes for a small fry and cheeseburger. Employees always have an attitude as well! Never coming here again!!
There is a worker named Abby and she was very rude and like annoyed and the look she gave mom was just rude and she didn't even say thank you for coming or anything like im bo Karen but I would've told her something
Service with a attitude,had one of there coupons but they didn't have the coupon # so screen showing the wrong item I corrected it to getting a being Stupid Attitude from the window cashier. The coupon stating items showing below are what you will receive and nope some difference but the food was there. Prices are GREAT ! Food quality is Good. The items at size could be different YET of all GOOD PLACE TO GET, SERVICE QUICK, WORTH WHAT LITTLE YOU PAY AND PIOLET EMPLOYEES.THANK YOU ! BK
Drive through attitude has gotten better since that one hot faithful day that I was so rudely treated. To say the least.
I don't know if it's only this one but you don't get fast food here. Drive through had a long line again. Ordered inside still had to wait a while. And the customer service is not good.
Loved their new spicy chicken sandwich.
