The only bad experience I've had, was quite recently when one of their employees got one of my scoops wrong. But that's it.In general, it's a real good place and I recently ordered a cake for a birthday party. Employee Elizabeth was very courteous, friendly and attentive. It was a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely disgusting walking into this store. Was walking around looking at the flavors when I stumbled upon daiquiri ice and it had two spiders on it as well as mold. There's also multiple insects all over that store. Employees are extremely nice and welcoming but the place is a hazard.
not a very clean store with understaffed workers. ice cream did not look very presentable. staff was very nice though
very terrible service! they body-slammed my mother onto the table and proceeded to take my baby sister as payment. do not recommend!
Terrible they served my ice cream with their hands! Then proceeded to make me eat it in front of them if they gave me a free shirt. Good sleeping shirt though. don’t go here
Very terrible experience!! Saw the employees arm wrestling with the rats. The employees then grabbed ice cream with their hands and threw it at my face.
Out of hot fudge and other toppings, also out of many flavors of ice cream...not a good thing this day ?
