BEWARE: this location make you pay extra for the XL and yet gives you little food. :( And definitely the most SLOWEST drive thru! It takes more than an hour to get your food, people cheats and don’t want to do their job
Well, I give 5 stars because these staffs needs applauded and motivation. It was great at first and now they are using strategies to make customers angry or go away! I waited to pick up a meal for 45 mins, which I pre-order online 1 hour ago. C’mon they have nice beef and cook well! 5-stars for sure! The original employees who did slow should all get fired and get new bloods! Period:)
Love this location much more than some of the other locations I've visited of late. Friendlier staff and more accommodating with condiments and sauces.
If you like waiting 30+ minutes for your "fast food" then this place is for you! I'm not sure what's going on but this is THE SLOWEST Yoshinoya I've ever been in my entire life! It's like they actually fly to Japan to get the food or something.....need better management for sure!
This location is by far —the worse customer service experience ! I waited for over 45 min in the drive through. It is unacceptable how slow this place is—the workers are slow and have no sense of urgency. Please invest in talent management—you need a manager who will change the culture of the current employees. A fast food place should have an emphasis on “ quickly “ serving your customer. Unacceptable, disgusting service
Only drive thru. The restaurant is working too slow. Very long line and have to wait an hour to pick up my food. Really disappointed. Don't order from this restaurant.
Their drive thru is a JOKE. I was only the 5th car in line & it took 50 MINUTES. Yes, 50 MINUTES!!! It took them 10 minutes just to take my order.
Best fast food in the world , my all time favorite place
On 4/15/22, I went to Yoshinoya for my first time ever. IT IS AMAZING. Saydee took care of me, and I cannot thank her enough for her friendliness and her advice on what's good to order. She was professional, smiled a friendly smile, and made me feel welcome. Large beef was very flavorful, cooked perfectly, and delicious!
Gave us very little proportion of food including that the food was cold as well makes me anger rage that I even paid for this disappointment. Absolutely unsatisfactory.
