Tuesday night 9:05pm packed house and the guys working are still attentive and getting the orders out quickly. I appreciate them working past closing time to get our orders out.Two thing: they close at 9pm temporarily and they don't accept large bills.Thank you!
placed order thru phone got there picked up bag went home found out i didnt we my fries had to go back to the store and pick them up food was cold by the time i got home bad employees everyweek there a new person NOT WELL TRAINED to do simple tasks
Great service and they made over 600 wings . They were very professional. I was picking up for 8 tour buses. And they got everything right and on time.

This place is a joke and should be shut down by the Wingstop corporation. I called at 9:45pm to be put on hold for 15mins to be told that they are no longer accepting orders because they are short staffed and are closing early. Unbelievable, not only that the shift lead manager yelled at me on the phone and said she doesn't have to explain anything to anyone. Clearly this place isn't hiring enough people and the right people for the job. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and I will be contacting the franchise owner immediately!!!

They gave me someone else's order so there goes 2 angry customers but the manager Alrelio Rodriguez was AMAZING! Handling the problem.

I'm a fan of Wingstop I've gone to many different locations and I really have to say this one is just all over the place. As everybody knows I have to go to certain places because my health! so when it comes to me ordering fries I always ask for no salt or seasoning. I specifically said this is regarding my health I cannot have any salt or seasoning so please make sure you do not, I was told of course yes no problem. Soon as I got my name called and got the bag I even said is there any salt or seasoning she said ABSOLUTELY NOT. got to my car open the bag it was fully loaded with SALT?♀️?♀️?♀️??.. for everybody and all who work food service/ please make sure you follow the request exactly because if not something can go wrong so I probably won't be going back to that location. Blessings to all I always come straight with the facts?
