My son said, "You know why it's called Wingstop? Because they need to stop making wings!" Also, fries looked burnt, but were soft AND cold...what? From what I could see, the kitchen looked like it needed some help...wings under the counter and a trash can that looked more like a dumpster. I know, "But it's a TRASH can!" Still, no excuse for it to be THAT bad. Customer service was subpar. So sad that I want to frequent more businesses in my city, but a place like this just can't get it together. I wish I'd read the reviews first!
First time ordering from this location, order mild wings ended up with just plain wings and extremely over seasoned fries
If you go in store to order expect to wait 10+ minutes before the cashier takes your order even when there isn't a line and then expect to wait at least another 30 minutes for your order to be put in the queue because they'll prioritize the online/delivery orders ahead of someone coming in.If i could give them a rating lower than a one, I would have.

02/14/22The most terrible experience. I got there on time to pick up my online order. My order wasn't ready and my mother and I waited another 40 minutes in the store. The workers were very slow, did not even act like they were trying to keep up. Store phone kept ringing and they never picked up a single one. We tried getting the attention of the workers several times, but they were way inside the kitchen and were chatting to one another. Not going back to any location because I've been to other stores and had very similar experiences . If you're gonna go, go after 1 hour of placing your order.
Terribly maintained , never any ice and last visit they had no straws . If it’s 30 mins wait online order come an hour later or more cause they won’t have it anytime sooner . The food is a hit or miss
This store closed early and should be noted on site. They don't want to place your order at 11:10 pm and they close at 12am. This location sucks. The night worker tonight is coughing all over the place and the store is dirty.. Why is the store dirty if your only taking online orders. This store should close. And I asked if the manager Gilbert Moise told you to close to the at 11:15pm, she said no to stop taking order at 1130.. Well it's 1115 ma'am. I can't wait to call corporate tomorrow.
I love wing stop. But today was horrible I got home our fries are all like burned. Hard as a rock. Legit threw them in the trash even my 4 year old was complaining. My wings had no sauce. The server was to busy having his friends pull to the back of his store to hook up his friends food and I’m sure forgot about mines. And my food is horrible. Dry wings ever. And over over cook fries.
