First time to try it, double mushroom and Swiss combo with fries and a drink was very good and tasty, burger tastes like char boiled but not sure how it was cooked, fries is fresh, hot and crispy way better than McDonald’s, staff is friendly and very helpful, dine area is good, the place is clean compared to many other places in Pomona area, the food was ready in less than 7 minutes, there are no outdoor seating but the diner indoors area is very large
Just left Toms at 9:30pm today, worst service ever. The 6ft kid with glasses made it clear he didn't want to help out. He was just standing there, and when I was being friendly by asking if he was ready to take my order he clearly ignored me. When i asked him again he pretty much gave me the silent treatment. When i asked for a kids meal he was barely vocal and said "drink", could barely hear him. Used to come in all the time and the people used to be friendly before covid, and even when they first open back up. I won't ever go back, plenty of other places to eat, even jack in the box has better service.

It’s like dennys, but not. Regardless, I’ve been here several times over the years and the food is great and customer service was also above my expectations. [I ordered the #2 - the coffee was a little on the weak side, but I didn’t mind.] Overall, great spot.

OMG Tom's food at ANY given time is fresh and cooked when ordered not cooked hours ago and left sitting until someone orders it. Great tasting seasoned to perfection, employees are kind and patient and they check your order to be sure order is exactly what you want. THIS TOM'S IS THE PLACE TO EAT!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!
Order a Breakfast Burrito and the Hash Brown was Raw not fully cooked not good cooker are more focus in the Gossip than the food there cooking!
