Some of the worst customer service happened to me this morning. I don't know if it was because of my skin color or if the lady working the window was having a bad day. She was so much in a hurry at that drive thru speaker that she wasn't hearing properly what I was trying to order. As I pulled through the drive thru window she gave me a crazy mean look and didn't say much, but here you go, and took my card for payment. She gave me a receipt to sign and told me she'd be back, and after almost a minute never came back, another man eventually did. I was going to ask for more condiments but said, nevermind. Ironically the food was good. But the lack of customer service shown this morning, I'll never return back.
Service and Food is NOT good. Server Angela always forgets to include something so you have to really check your order. Ordered 2 Grilled Chicken salads and they use only the hard center of lettuce head; not good for $9.78 for each salad. Salad dressing is filled only 1/4 in little cups so you’d need 3 cups just to get 1 full of dressing. Overall, very bad, go somewhere else.
Where should i start. Walked in got dirty look from waitress, when i said hi she rolled her eyes at me. Cashier older hispanic lady rude as can be rushed us thru the ordering process then when i asked her for extra hot sauce she mumbled "damm it" to her self loud enough for me to hear. When the food arrived it was cold and i was shocked to learn that they charged me $2 to substitute toast for "1pankake" yes you read right just "1" to make it worse pankake was dry and cold. Waitress didnt even bring syrup or any condiments wich i had to bring myself. SUPER BAD EXPERINCE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE LUNCH WHERE THEY AT LEAST RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELP EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID ALSO.
Tom's is one of the best fast food spot around. Keep in mind everything is made fresh so you might be waiting for a bit in the drive thru but if you are impatient or in a hurry do not come here. If you want your order to be ready when you get to the window cause they just threw it in the microwave go to McDonald's, BK, Jack, etc. I also see people complaining about messing up their orders and they do need to work on that but orders get messed up everywhere you go. The SMART thing is to check it as soon as they give it to you which is what I do everytime. Most of the time it's correct but few times there will be a mistake or something forgotten. Overall I prefer this over any other fast food that isn't made fresh. Only complaint is the hours. It may say 10pm online or something but sometimes they're closed by 9 or earlier than what it says online.
Was able to feed my family with their family pack. We where full!!!!! Tom's has some really good burgers. They also have some good porterhouse steaks!!!!!!
First time ordering from there, the cashier was very pleasant and the food was very good.
Been buying their chicken dinners and I’ve been Very satisfied each time. Today was just horrible. Skin was not cooked thoroughly chicken was without flavor it was just bad all around. I was so disappointed I was gonna go back and get a refund, but I’m sure they will see that bad quality food like that will generate reviews like this.
Ordered online, picked it up and when we got home our order was completely wrong! We had to drive all the way back to Toms. They didn't even offer us anything free to make up for it. I probably wouldn't come here again.
I grew up from P'TOWN so I know how much everybody always went to Tom's just to get ur guys chilli fries...But Man idk what happened to this place, Ur chilli cheese fries used to b the bomb..But now u get stealed old fries, old chilli that's been sitting for days.. sucks cause my family , I drive all the way from corona just to go get chilli cheese fries from u guys ..but I don't think we will b going back any time soon...HOPEFULLY U GUYS START SERVING EVERYTHING MORE FRESH LIKE HOW U USED TOO!!THE FRIST OWERS ALWAYS SERVED EVERYTHING FRESH OR THEY DIDNT SERVE IT AT ALL!!
Toms burger at this location is beginning to look outdated and needs rehab. The food was ok. The rice was overcooked but I was given hashbrowns potatoes.
