Long wait time and had many other customers upset because of the long wait time and after repeating my order 3 times they got it wrong and charged me more for the wrong items.This company need to help their staff be fully staffed in location.Unacceptable to have employee work under those conditions and had other customers upset and had them waiting for a long time.Awefull place to go
I have had some bad experiences here before but tonight was the WORST. The young gentleman who took my order in the drive thru lacks more than customer service. I ordered 2 Deluxe cravings boxes with lemonades and a taco supreme the total he said was $34 and some change. I questioned the young man about the total and asked for receipt from another worker. I was charged for 2 cravings boxes instead of the deluxe boxes. When I brought this to his attention he said that's what I ordered. Sheesh. I wanted my money refunded and he said he couldn't. I will NEVER buy anything from this establishment again.
No waiting line, the lettering is not big enough, miss certain food items they used to have 1 year ago, the person taking my order messed up thoroughly and still messed up again after trying to correct my order. Was not happy with service I received on the day I went, I still love taco bell, however they NEED COMPETENT SERVERS ESPECIALLY IF MAKING $17.00 an hour.
here now.this is the worst taco bell ever.asked to substitute a regular taco for a doritos taco .was told I cannot do that with an attitude followed by I can only replace with a regular taco soft taco or dorito taco. this lady hates her job here on top of barely being able to understand or hear heranother employee is outside cleaning the parking lot with headphones is singing his music super loud . never comming back here again.
People in the drive thru waited for 20+ minutes. The cashier was confused and Forgot to check in my order that I placed on the app.Order was accurate.
This is an ok place, I think it was better back in the day when next door had an Arby's. Not bcoz of the competition of products, just that there were more people dining in (also not bcoz of Covid19 either, and it's just my opinion ?).
For some reason this place has better tacos than all the rest of the chains, thick taco shells fresh cheese and plenty of meat, and only 79cents a taco, best in town fo sure,Soul Assassin.Com Cypress Hill por vida
The food was great but the service was terrible first they got the order wrong then we asked for hot sauce and didn't receive any plus the drinks where flat
I left, I came in an staned behind the first customer, we stood an waited for our orders to be taken, about a good 5 mins, before it dawn on the girl, working drive Thur, too tell us to finally use the kiosk to order from. Taco Bell needs to have I little bit more consideration for his customers they could have wrote a sign and put it on the counter, I went over to the Mex. Restaurant off Town just before foothill on the end corner of the little strip be mall. I found something better Taco Bell.
waited an hour for an mobile order, checked in upon arrival, kept asking if my order was ready but never got a response. i told the manager and she said i had to check in and i did, so waited another 15 mins then finally got food. everyone in there was very disorganized and prioritized drive thru above everyone else. i knew not to expect much from taco bell, but an hour and 15 min waiting for food? wowie.
