I am always pleased with my drink. If I have a concern, Starbucks always delivers on their great customer service with a smile.
I have never been inside. But the drive through service is quick. The staff is always cheerful and in a great mood. I love their big LGBTQ flag. My drinks are always on point and they are always patient enough to wait for my orders when I modify them. They also make suggestions.
Friendly staff and fast service. That's what I expect when I'm in a hurry to get to work. Starbucks never fails ?

Only Starbucks I've ever been to where the workers say their bathroom is not a bathroom and is used as a storage closet. I was a paying customer too. Silliness.
Horrible costumer service by “Eric” no name tag either. This associate needs to learn how to speak to costumers. His efforts to help came too late. I will never return to this location.
This Starbucks has gone down ? in quality. I always have to ask for easy-ice because they pack the ice every time I go there. I am going to stop going there and wait to go to the new ones being built.
