Terrible ordering experience for mobile.Their site is slow and clunky but that's not the bad part.I ordered food for my employees and sent one to pick it up.Unfortunately, the person, or rather the cellphone that placed the order must go pick it up. You have to check in from that phone when you arrive and it won't let you check in from a distance.I called to explain this and was told that I had to be there. I tried repeatedly to explain and she finally asked what stall my employee was in. I again told her I wasn't personally there so I had no clue.Needs a better system for online orders. It also makes me wonder if I had placed from a desktop, would I need the whole computer with me to check in?
I came here to have a soda with a personalized add in , they didn’t have any of the flavors I asked, the female worker was rude and just wanted to rush me. It took forever to bring out my food and when they did there was items missing , when i went to the door they ignored me , I went back into the car and pushed the button it took about 4 minutes for them to even answer , they only brought out one item and forgot the other item at this point I just didn’t even want to ask again because of the bad customer service and the long wait .
Super disappointed and disatisfited. I used to go here 2 years ago and the food was good now it's took a turn for the worst. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was burnt, the chicken and the bun, my tator tots we're mixed with old chicken and regular stale fries. The pretzel I ordered had no salt or butter on it either and I felt awful after trying to eat it. I won't be coming back and understand why there was barley any line there during dinner rush time now.
Food was dry, they forgot to give me half of my order making me have to drive 20 minutes back to the place. They didn't even bother to give me some type of incentive. Even when asking for sauce they gave me very little. The drinks had 90% ice with the rest soda. Won't be coming back here
I don’t know how to explain. I’m still trying to process my experience. First time ever going to sonic customer service what’s horrible she couldn’t hear on the mic and the food was awful. The only thing was good was the Cherry lemonade My 14 year old daughter says.
The visit was good, my grub was delivered to my open window very quickly. The customer service was good, all seemed to have a good attitude and we're friendly enough.The food was delicious (a regular classic cheese burger with Tots) and to add to my overall experience, Sonic has the new Coca Cola zero sugar on tap, I was in flavor heaven.The menu is full of items everyone will enjoy, stop and grab anything it's all good...
Poor service messed up my order charge me for things i didn't get. Ordered fried onions and paid extra and only got a couple diced onions.
They were out of the things we actually wanted, and the things we did get were sloppy and overpriced. Didn't offer us any sauce for our mozzarella sticks or corn dog, and our chili cheese fries were so sloppy they really could've used a fork (which we didn't get either). I'd take a hard pass on this location.
Food was okay, ordered cheese sticks but were cold and cheese was not even melted.I've ate at other Sonics and food was good, for some reason this one wasn't great.The drive through was ridiculous ant took nearly 40 minutes. Recommend using the park and order stalls, looked like they were getting served more quickly versus the drive thru.
We parked in a stall and no one answered or came by for 10 minutes, so we went through the drive through. Service was good, but the hot dog was kinda cold and the entire bun was completely soaked wet mushy bread.
