5 of us had lunch here Saturday , although busy, almost every table full. service was not slow. the young staff was friendly and attentive. food was great. potato salad had that homemade taste, street corn soo good. mac&cheese was not the sharp cheddar I like, but it was creamy and good. brisket tender fall apart flavorful. didn't have room for the sharing size brownie a la model saw at many tables, so plan to go back soon. give them a try .
The Texas Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich is really the most delicious brisket I have ate in a long time. The BBQ sauce is not too bold not too sweet just the right amount of of both. The max n cheese is a heavier thicker side choice you cannot go wrong with it. The smash burger is ....I have to say it ?? better than any burger I have had and yes better than In N Out. The meat is flavorful, grilled onions are just right and the brioche bun is so soft. The brisket quesadilla is very yummy and presentation is beautiful. Waffle fries ???You have to try Smoke and Fire you will not be disappointed. ?
Brought the family here for the first time. Food was really good. Admittedly I was uncertain if the brisket would be up to par, but it certainly exceeded expectations. The smash burger was on point, but if you're coming here, you need to try something a little unique. The Grilled Cheese Brisket was excellent and very filling. The staff were really helpful and friendly, it was a fun atmosphere.There are also a lot of seating options in very roomy, for large or small groups. There's a pseudo outdoor area. There's also a place for dogs!Regarding the meat, the guy behind the counter said all the meat was in fact halal. They also have posted a certification verifying it. Note however there is alcohol on the menu. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.
Been to their other locations. This location prepares the food in the same fashion as the others. The food is tasty. Portion size is on the smaller side. They have a large seating area. Also an enclosed patio area with ample seating and a cool little dog lounge space. They offer curbside pickup for online orders. The parking lot is big.
Really nice employees, clean restaurant. West coast burger quite greasy. Ordered the burger no pickles. It would probably be great with some nice fresh veggies to complement the greasy burger. The bun has a nice buttery flavour, tastes like it was buttered and grilled. The meat was juicy but there was also a lot of dripping grease. Also, parts were medrare so I just didn't eat that bit. If I had known I would have asked for med well burger.Also ordered smashed mac no pickles, sauce on the side. They forgot the sauce but the kid was okay with that. He said the whole thing was great. Mac and cheese was really thick and the whole meal was filling.Sides are optional. We just wanted something quick and easy (I was hoping for a pretzel but they were out today unfortunately) and we are both full and have leftover mac.
Most restaurants are sending out subpar food today it was amazing to watch the staff at smoke and fire with their quality control.Cailyn Make sure every dish going out was hot and garnished properly. Thank you for an amazing dinner along with the great conversation of the friendly staff.
Came here on a school trip. They expertly handled our group of 25 people with ease. The food was consistent and delicious. Be ready to walk away full as these are definitely Texas sized portions in California, but everything is so delicious you won't mind feeling a bit heavy after. This is easily the best barbecue I have ever had, and the atmosphere is stunning. Definitely a must eat.

First off let me say the BRISKET was amazing! First time here and we told the cashier (wish I could remember her name) she helped guide us with the menu. I had the loaded bake potato and my wife had the brisket grilled cheese. I wanted to try the Mac and cheese and decided to order it. (The cashier put it on the house for me to try). We also had 2 local beers (which for me is awesome way to support local businesses). The food was very good (funny thing is I just smoked a flat brisket the day before) great service and great food! Keep up the GREAT WORK! I will be back and will definitely get some friends to go and eat there. I also like the pet friendly outdoor (enclosed) area
