I hardly ever leave reviews. This place SUCKS! My first time trying Popeyes. They forgot the fries in both combos. The shrimps were tiny and cold! No one answers the phone. My suggestion is to pass on this place! I should of waited in the long In and out next door! ????????Never eating Popeyes EVER!
They always miss my sauce or the food isn't that hot. Or they don't have fries ? I been here 3 times and for sure will be the last.also it's hard to get in here because in-out is always blocking the entrance when I'm driving the opposite way
Bad service. I understand some places are under staff. But today the person taking my order was talking and didn’t pay attention to what actully order, he missed an item. Also, the person serving the food almost dropped it. When I paid I didn’t get a receipt. Bad bad bad.. Employees spend more time talking that providing the service which caused them to make a mistake.
I love the spicy chicken ? sandwich, very tasty, and juicy. The chicken nuggets do not have flavor. The employees are nice
I didn't purchase anything, the promotion item that I had prior, approximately two weeks ago, had expired! Wanted to purchase a chicken sandwich as a substitute for what I originally wanted, the clerk advised me, they were out of chicken sandwiches, and didn't have any sandwiches whatsoever! I asked the clerk if he had any other promotions, and he stated that there was none at this time! Then I asked him if he had any recommendations, and he appeared dumbfounded! I made a derogatory statement to him and I left! Clerks, like the one that waited on me, does not enhance a positive attitude in reference to promoting your business! Management should spend more time training their people, before they let them greet the public! The location I visited is located on Indian Hill, in Pomona, California.
The drive thru is real slow. I waited at the order take window for 5 minutes. I ordered a 3 piece plate white meat with red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. The rice was hard like it was sitting out in the air plus the beans were cold all bad. The potatoes were ok. Plus they gave me dark meat when I ordered white meat. I did not get no breast not even a wing. It was legs and thighs. The best thing was the apple pies because they had to make it fresh beacuse they sold out of them but they were hot and delicious. Service was good for having new employees. Overall, would I go back for their chicken meals maybe not but for their apple pies of course.
I came to Popeyes since it’s been a long time ago since I’ve went. I got a #11 combo and it’s usually pretty good from here but this time the order took a long time considering there wasn’t much people. I ate there and saw that the sandwich bread was falling apart already and I’m not sure why? It seemed that they just rushed the order and they smashed the bread in the process. The service isn’t really well either and the bathroom had no soap. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again to be honest.

I went yesterday there was like 2 workers the girl with the make up was pretty nice hooked it up! & the new guy was pretty cute , 5 stars hehe ;)
If I have to rate this. I will give them a zero. The workers and managers are very rude with attitude. I place my order through the app. I go to the drive-thru to pick my order. They tell me is not ready. To park once it's ready. I waited for 25 minutes, I had to go inside to see what happened. They forgot about my order.???? soon I get home they gave me a spicy chicken tender that my kids can't eat. People stay away from this place don't waste your money on here.
