My order was wrong. I called and spoke with someone who took my phone number and put me on hold. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back 11 times. Each time, after being on hold, then getting the options of entering 1. 2, or 3, once I entered my choice, I was hung up on. 11 TIMES!
Had to wait for my order even though the screen said it was done and the pizza was not cut through thoroughly
Explain to the cooks how much looking over a order twice before sending it out is apart of great customer service.
I have zero recommdations. My crust was doughy. Not fully cooked did not like that.
Pizza was wrong. I wanted half pepperoni. The whole pizza was pepperoni. I wanted extra cheese and sauce. I didnt get that. It was near closing time so couldnt go back
The pizza arrived in a timely manner. The pizza was jot and it tasted GREAT

Ordered the hand tossed garlic crust with Alfredo sauce ,extra cheese, red sweet onions, mushrooms and grilled chicken for $16.98Couldn't have asked for better quality as it was delicious and more economic then the California kitchen Pizza Restaurant . Customer service was superb as they were polite and took my Order as I requested. Service and product was delivered to my hands within 20 minutes.
The food itself is always good and made correctly....we just have a complaint this recent time. Workers, be sure to read the info when someone puts in an order. We scheduled for a later time because we weren't going to be there for that time. They dropped it off half an hour before the set delivery time so it was cold by the time we got there (fortunately, I rather like cold pizza.....my boyfriend, not so much). Also, since we are over the road truckers, we had them deliver to a truck yard. So they just left it sitting out among everyone. They called and despite us saying it isn't supposed to arrive until 1100, they said they would just leave it in the driver's breakroom. They should have taken it back and redelivered it since it was their mistake. Again, the food is always good just be sure to follow those instructions because most people schedule a delivery time for a reason.
The pizza had no sauce and pepperonis were thin, over cooked and greasy. The crust was thin. It was like eating a queso dia.
