Finally visited the original Pho Ha location in Pomona and it didn't disappoint our experience only made us want to return soon. Freshness and flavors were on point, great tasting food. Ordered a couple of kumquat lemonade drinks, thai tea boba and a coke along with crispy rolls to start, the sauce that comes with the rolls is yummy with a hint of spicy, great starting appetizers! Main dishes, ordered egg noodles combination stir fry (soft) kids loved it, medium-well steak dish full of flavor with sauce to add to your liking and it came with a broth soup (loved it), and a charbroiled chicken breast with fried rice also with a broth soup.. all were awesome! It just looks appetizing and glad I took some images to share, believe me it's great tasting food, fresh, good quality at reasonable prices, spent about $65 or so, not bad for a family of 4.
LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARSbeen coming here for 5 plus years and this place used to be great! Its just gotten worse and worse! Customer service and quality of majority of our food was garbage! We came in early on a Saturday (2 adults 2 kids) we were seated right away... but pretty much ignored from that point on. Seems the people on both side were getting decent service butWe had to ask to orderWe had to ask for drinksWe had to ask for untensils (after the food came)Had to ask to add to our orderHad to ask for the bill and to go containers.....absolutely NO customer service here.Salt and pepper shrimp was OVER cooked, couldnt even peel the shell off. What a waste!Very disappointing

After 9 years since my last review here, still a place that I can rely on for fast, and good Vietnamese food. Even through COVID-19 they made me feel safe to order there. They did try a online order system, but unfortunately is not there anymore. So if you want to order phone is probably the easiest, if you want your food ready when you arrive.My go to dishes :Spring Rolls (still so fresh and good with their peanut sauce)Vermicelli with Charbroiled Pork and Grilled Shrimp. - this is usually pretty good, but I think it also depends on the chef that day. For example this past Sunday when I ordered it, I believe it was the best I have ever had this dish here, then there would be other times when it seems like the pork was too cooked, or there wasn’t much in there, making it quite inconsistent. Either or this dish is still great, I just hope to be able to have what we did this past weekend in the future.Chicken Wings- after how long did I not know this ? They have these wings that are really tasty with a bit of spice to it. I would just comment that I would just hope they have a bit more crisp to it, then I would order them all the time !Again, happy this place exists, seems like no matter what dish I get, they are usually pretty good! Still one of my favorite Viet spots. Vermicelli bowls are great and they're pho has such a good flavor.

Service was so bad, there were not enough workers for customers service, we come and wait for them to clean up tables in hurry up with dirty towels, finally they call too manycustomers come to sit in tables and wait 30’ no one come to take order, we had to go out to another restaurant. I think they need to hire more workers
This place has awesome food, one of the best Pho dishes I've had, the flavor was great. As for the service, well that's an understatement, the staff here are not the friendliest people, kinda rude if you ask me. They need etiquette lesson on customer service skills!
