Apparently they can tell you what you're allowed to order. Tried to get 3 small Al la carte boxes and was told "You cant do that", so i said "what do you mean? its on the menu, I do it all the time" and she proceeded to say "youre not allowed to do that, you need to get a plate"... so apparently im not allowed to order whats on the menu. she gave me attitude and my "plate" was barely filled.
This panda is the worst! The portions are always so small and when you order through the drive -thru I always have to check my food as it is always old! So disappointing. They need to really pay attention to the portions and customer service.
Very unprofessional. Door states open at 10:00, big neon sign on in window said "open" in big red letters. Did not open till almost 11:00 after I called to ask if they were open. I was told on the phone that they were short staffed and the other employee wasn't clocking in till 11:00. I have worked these types of jobs for most of my life. And everywhere I have ever worked, we opened on time, even if we were short staffed. But I guess it's like everything now. Every single place sucks at customer service now. Then when I ordered my food, I asked the girl if the restroom was open. She said "yes". I paid for my food sat down and then was told they weren't doing dine in. I said "ok. I'm just going to use the restroom first then." I went to the restroom and then the girl yelled through the door that I could use it this time but next time I would not be able to use it. Then why when I asked if the restroom was opened, she didn't say no, notfor the customers? I can guarantee there won't be a next time.
Online says Panda Express has vegan Chow Mien, their white & brown rice, vegetable egg rolls and their greens! All vegan! But when I call to make sure they said they don’t have anything vegan..and then she said well maybe you could consider the chow mien vegan..ITS EITHER VEGAN OR ITS NOT!! Train your employees to know these things!?
Over priced Honey Walnut Shrimp. Definitely never ordering from here again $8 bucks for a super tiny box for like 3 year old kid.

Drive thru is horrible. The worst food. The worst service. That ugly woman, Katherine needs to get better customer service skills. How are you gonna accuse someone of eating half the food when y’all barely gave anything to begin with? And how you gonna tamper with a customers order too. Y’all took my food back, picked at it and brought it back to me saying I ate half of it. I got like 7 huge gross pieces of orange chicken and dry rice. The food was cold. Barely luke warm. I don’t want a food voucher or food remade, I want a refund and to never go back there again.
The food was very tasty and delicious,like always. My food was delivered by Elana. I was too tired and hungry. She delivered my dinner Sooner than I expected ,with a beautiful smile. Thanks Panda Express! Thanks Elana! You made my night ??
