If you're going to go to McDonalds do not go to this one. It's crazy how the service is so horrible compared to the one in La Verne which is only 5 minutes away. If you want McDonald's, take a few extra minutes and drive to the one on Foothill and Fruit in La Verne. The service is faster and so much better. Every time I go to this McDonald's on North Garey they get something wrong with our order and the service is so slow they should not call it fast food!!!
We ordered the $18.00 40 pc spicy chicken nugget and 2 large fry bundle and IT WAS NASTY!!!!?The nuggets tasted like old uncooked fish which madey kids and wife gag!????The fry's we're a cold soggy nasty mess; uncooked and like they sat in cold oil for hours. ???
Can only order but can't inside like other McDonald's. Very poor service and food did not taste good
This McDonald's is never open at 5:30am, I live close by and it's very unfortunate that upper management is not running the show. All I wanted was a reliable McDonald's to get my morning coffee, I start work early. They are also always short on staff and drive thru takes a long time, must be because it's in Pomona and this location doesn't show pride nor respect to my community.
They’re so bad in giving you condiments even after you ask at the window again they give attitude saying it’s in the bag when you check at home theirs nothingAlso poor listening skills asked for a coffee light ice instead I got coffee light syrup now drinking the most bitter ice coffee ever
This McDonald's says it's open on Sunday at 7am to 10pm and there closed on SundayNo one can come in thru the drive thru because the boss says soWhat kind of business is this!!!!!!! Becareful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was great food fast and delicious. Don't waste your time going to incycle bikes they keep and won't guarantee their own work
