Under no circumstances should you expect your order to be fresh, accurate, or even warm. They will make you wait for cold food, charge you full price, and then screw the order up. It doesn't matter if it is 1 item or 9, something will be wrong. I have been served cookies as hard as a rock and nuggets as dry as shoe leather. I have asked for plain and received a lake of ketchup and mustard. Its as simple as looking at the screen in front of your face, but it seems as though it is beyond these people. I have never went somewhere multiple times and every time something was either missing, prepared incorrectly, or was burnt. I get its cheap food, but I can genuinely taste the employee dissatisfaction with every bite. I hope you burgerflippers keep demanding more money so they quickly roll out the machines that can do the job faster, cheaper, and without mistake. I can't wait for the day that I no longer have to interact with a clueless teenager or a manager with an ego the size of Texas and a passive-aggressive attitude.
I ordered my food online and when I got their, I waited for the food and when it was handed to me it was all in one bag where the fries were hanging outside of it. And there were no napkins in the bag wheI got home
I’m a doordash driver, I ask a lady here if all the food was in the bag, she told me she didn’t know . They gave me issues on just finding out if the order was correct or not. Instead they being to argue and be rude to me. This is unprofessional McDonald’s! Unacceptable

If you require a code for the bathroom, why does the bathroom look like a family of homeless people have been living in it? The answer? Lazy employees and management who doesn’t care. There are plenty of McDonald’s around. Skip this one.

The employees here are very rude asked for sauces before they sent me to a number to wait that way they didn’t do two trips little did I know when I checked the bag there was no sauces I didn’t mind to much so I got off the car to go inside and ask nicely for my sauces and it was locked and didn’t even bother to open the door even though they saw me so I decided to go through the drive through again and the guy taking the orders was nice however the people in the second window were extremely rude and provided us with only once sauce of each and handed them violently towards me and walked away fast when I was trying to call them basically ignoring me
