I've been coming here probably since they first opened. (Yes, that is many many years) The food is good. The mediocre raring is for cleanliness. The walls and windows are filthy. The restroom needs attention and improvements. Get your food to go and you will feel better about your food. Eating inside makes me want to not eat there ever again.
Well this place has been open forever. I hadn't been there in probably an easy 20 some odd years plus. The place had an awesome team of young people just working together and their energy was all in tune. I was amazed. All employees just worked in harmony and got the orders out, in a timely manner. The best part was the prices weren't ridiculously high. Normally anywhere else a burrito would cost twice the price. I was impressed. I paid only $3.79 for a bean and cheese burrito. Salsa was excellent. Now the only downfall was the cleanliness of the dining area. Seemed to be a little bit dirtier than I expected. That didn't stop customers one bit. The dining area had plenty of customers. So overall no complaints. I would refer anyone there. Food was ?? Great!
Horrible service! Unorganized they actually worked backwards on their tickets, saw everyone that got there after me like 5 people leave before, one customer commented "guess they're working backwards". Bunch of workers lotta chatting, majority not wearing masks. Saw someone wipe there nose then grab the cheese, noope!!! I've been coming here since I was a kid over 20 years, always been my nacho spot, tossed my food out. Not going back anytime soon. They need some better management
I should have called and ordered beforehand but since it was my first time, I didn't.I went in and ordered my food.They were busy I noticed.But I never expected to wait 30minutes for my food.Everyone behind me that waited for their order had already been gone!! I was the last customer who waited for my food.They prioritized the dining in customers FIRST.THAT WAS LOUSY customer service
The beans and rice are great, barbacoa is decent, but not great, tortillas taste oddly sweet. Overall quality is okay.The portion size has gone down and the price has increased the past few years.Was the best place to get a burrito locally, but it is no longer worth it. Also the menu is very limited. I can't really recommend this place any longer. Seems staff have completely changed post COVID, prior staff were much better.Parking here is good, sometimes can be a little limited. Easy enough to get to. Parking, entrance, seating and restrooms are accessible. Can be crowded at times, suggest you phone in order if want to avoid waiting if you are getting food to go.Want something better, drive down the street about 2 miles.
Jarritos series The best carnitas Nacho plates, Small, Medium and large!! Crunchy and delicious savory pork carnitas!! They also have great Menudo on Sundays and delicious carnita Gorditas!! I've bed dining there for 40 years.
The food here is homade and delicious. The best customer service.They are very friendly. The prices are very reasonable. And I love there breakfast burrito. Try it you will definitely come back
Like most, I have been coming here for many years. Love the food and the servers are always pleasant (the new crowd of younger folks are super friendly.) The reason for my 4 stars (should be 0 when it comes to this subject) is the frequency of addressing the staff in front of customers. I can't even explain the embarrassment I feel when employees are reprimanded in public. I understand you need to call to their attention procedures, steps, etc., specially if you are constantly having to do so, but we are deserve the decency to be treated with respect and as human beings. Maybe they can make some adjustments and become professional towards heir staff going forward, and address issues in private. We all want to enjoy our meal, and count with the great service the staff provides. Be kind to your team members (ucla cap gentleman.)
They have great Menudo on the weekends. Their red salsa is so delicious and great on almost everything they serve. Nachos with the green salsa ? ? ? We have been coming here for 25 years, and they are still the best Mexican food in the area. Keep it up, Los Jarritos ??
The food was pretty good. Might try this place again. Smelt amazing walking in. Staff was helpful. They encourage ordering online or calling in.
