This location's customer service is horrible. When I have been trying to call in, they don't pick up the phone. I finally asked to talk to a manager about it. The manager said their policy is that they do not answer the phones, to push the use of online ordering. But do they tell anyone? No. They just leave all of us on hold. And, the pizza isn't as good here as at other locations. We drive all the way over to Temple now.

I’ve been to this place twice and both times they have disappointed me. I had put in and online order 3 hours early, by the time I got there to pick it up they said my order was not ready and it will take 5 minutes.Long story short, I had to wait another 39 minutes to no avail. While others coming in ordering on the spot we’re going in and out with their order. I spoke to the manager and her response was it’s gonna take another 5 minutes or just get a refund. Of course at this point I was already livid and I did not want anything to do with them. In short get your pizza elsewhere.

This saddens me to review but after waiting 40 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza, my in laws and I were eating uncooked crust. This is a place we come to often so we never had a bad experience like this until last night. Why say your order will be ready in 40 minutes and give us a pizza that wasn’t fully cooked. We ate what we could from the pizza after realizing the dough was what was stretchy and NOT cheese.
I went into this little cesars and was turned away 30 minutes before closing because they didn’t want to take the time to get and prepare a pizza. The worker said, as the manager stood next to him,”we’re not taking anymore orders over the counter.”How absurd!!So, I went to pieology next door.Before leaving, I went back into little Cesars and asked for the two workers name. A third worker kept on feeding me lines that I couldn’t get names because one was a minor and the other one didn’t want to give it.The level of unprofessionalism is high.So I sent a complaint. AND I took a picture of the two guys whom were very unprofessional.There was enough time to make one cheese pizza.Don’t go here. Go next door pieology.I’m not clowning Little Cesars just the two jackles that wouldn’t serve me.

This place was so horrible the employees were just rude they weren't even paying attention to the customers because they were just talking to each other which is just disrespectful not only that the cashier that was there on August 27, 21 , I asked for extra parmesan cheese on my crazy breads and he was on the back just talking and talking the customers Behind me were also complaining about the employees being disrespectful not only he didn't even close my crazy breads and I asked him if he could he didn't wanna dirty his hands which is not good customer service because just closing the bag shows the customers how helpful u are .
Honestly pretty good pizza
Super easy to work with. We did a few big orders here for my school and they were friendly and responsive.
