Sad to see the original Juanita’s like this. Smaller burritos, less meat, and hardly any salsa in the burritos itself.The juanitas I went to on 4th and grove (I think) was a million times better. Crazy to imagine a county difference could be that much different.Is Juanita’s a franchise or do the regional managers not pay attention to product consistency throughout different stores?
When I saw this place I just knew the taco were going to be fire. We came here about 3pm and it was quite busy. Everyone seemed to be regulars and were really excited for me to try this place out. Everyone was in a cheerful mood so the vibe was just right. I ordered a 2 taco plate with shredded chicken and a shredded beef, both with out lettuce. Although the chicken was good, the beef was better and will be only be getting that from now on. The staff was patient and friendly. The food did take a while but there were like 6 people ahead of me and I do not mind waiting for good food.

I would never eat here again I had ordered a burrito and ate it onces I got home I literally pulled a hair out of my burrito it was so disgusting I don't recommend this place at all
Fantastic food and very reasonable prices. My wife first went to Juanita's when she was in college at Claremont 30 years ago, and we still make time to stop there whenever we're passing through the area.
Juanita’s is the best. We love their crispy tacos and burritos. Oh and their hot sauce is the best!
I try to come here whenever I come back home to visit and nearly 40 years later this place still has the same delicious smells and taste .
I have been going to this whole in the wall place for 35 years absolutely without a doubt one of the best fresh made from scratch MEXICAN restaurants on this planet...if your're ever passing through POMONA stop you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
I first drove by Juanita’s, with patrons lined up by the dozens, about 35 years ago. I went there to eat the next day. I have now eaten at Zagat-ranked restaurants all over the world and Juanita’s remains my ALLTIME FAVORITE. I could eat their meat/bean/cheese naked burritos every day for the rest of my life.
