I always order the Caribbean Passion here. Last time I got it (last week), it was amazing and spot on flavor wise. It usually gives you a hard time when blending for whatever reason so the young lady had to blend it a few times. I went today to use a coupon that I had and the smoothie just wasn’t good and it didn’t taste like usual. It tastes almost like nothing. It’s supposed to be tangy and it isn’t. I don’t know what’s wrong. It also was a little chunky and not blended very well. I was really disappointed. Aside from that, there were 2 workers and the girl who took my order started my smoothie. Someone else came in and she took they’re order. The other employee finished up his order and decided to move onto a mobile order instead of finishing mine which was sitting in the blender for a few minutes. I was standing and waiting, the girl finished taking the other persons order and then realized that my smoothie was still in the blender. The place was empty. I was truly disappointed at the wait and quality of my smoothie. I don’t know if I will return.
I’ve been here twice now with several months in between each visit and both times this location was “fresh out” of several drinks and the drink I ordered was apparently missing an ingredient as well. I’m going to fault management for not anticipating supplies properly because I can understand this happening once or twice, but it appears to be a common theme considering the other reviews that complain of similar experiences for this location.
They were out of most ingredients, we were limited to a couple of basic drinks as most were not available

This place is always out of a certain size cup, fruit or item on the menu. Only location close to my house.
This pumpkin stuff is fantastic! Good crew , friendly, fast , thick well made smoothies . Don't knock em cause having trouble getting supplies.
There were 7 drinks that had “fresh out” signs and the 2 drinks I ordered happened to have peach which they had ran out of… on top of that they were EXTREMELY unfriendly. Not rude. But you could tell they’d literally rather be anywhere else.
Twice, credit card machine was down and they only accepted cash. Once they ran out of strawberry for strawberry wild flavor. Next, they ran out of medium cup sizes for theit smoothies. This place seems to have poor management. I gave this Jamba juice so many chances but now I will not be going back. Toddles!
One of the best Jamba's! Easy to order through the app, orders are always ready quickly and smoothies are always made correctly and are tasty. One time they were out of an ingredient so they called me to ask what I wanted for a delicious substitute. Great customer service! What more could you ask for?!
DO NOT VISIT. The workers did not care my presence at all, they made me wait for so long until they got my order. The workers weren't making my juice in a clean environment either. After drinking the juice from here, I got a severe stomachache and it lasted for almost a week. This is the first time me writing a review, but I almost wanted to sue this place. Please don't go unless yall want to be sick like me.
