Just went through the drive thru ordered the breakfast platter I asked them to remove the hash brown and give me extra mini pancakes instead and they did the complete opposite gave me the hash brown which I did not want and no mini pancakes am I suppose to eat my breakfast with my hands since you failed to give me utensils? For not being busy you guys can still manage to screw up my order but had no problem trying to charge me twice for a messed up order you guys did I don't know who that skinny guy that was helping the actual drive thru person but thanks for messing up my order and thanks for having me eat my breakfast with my hands ??

The dude that is at the drive thru window is a creep. I try not to go to this store because he's always there. Poor service and long waits at this store.
People here just need education because compression is not a strong subject here fast food out the window. Uneducated employees make good businesses look bad and often cause them to close down...?

We love Jack. Recommend the Meatlover's Breakfast Burrito--so good! Be sure to ask for cups of salsa to make it even better! Jack's hash browns are always too greasy, though--wish they'd innovate those to improve them.
Food was horrible My cheese burger had absolutely nothing on it but a small piece of cheese, will never go there again.
