I went through drive thru. I ordered a chicken salad and asked for two water cups, which they acknowledged. Once I got to the window, I handed them my payment and they then just passed me one water cup. I informed the cashier that I requested two and then they said they do not offer two water cups, only one per person. I’m never coming back to this location ever again and hope that other people who do don’t let themselves get bent over a barrel.
They run out of tacos frequently but they make their burgers and chicken sandwiches very good so thats a plus.

Worst jack in The Box Ever this one was much worse then the one down in south central.I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru 30 minutes that's ridiculous.They need to fire everyone and hire some new people they sure take there sweet time
Some workers like the manager specifically will give u hard time

Although they got my order wrong, when I went back they really handled the issue with professionalism. And they gave me a large chocolate shake for my having to drive back to correct the order. Good job, Jack in the Box. ?

Came here for my lunch and ordered inside. After ordering I proceeded to go use the restroom because I drive for work. Restroom smelled so disgusting I immediately walked out because I nearly vomited. Asked the employee if they allow me to use the other one and even she couldn’t stomach the smell of the “public” restroom but still told me no.Unfortunately I already placed my order here but I forsure won’t come back if that is what a customer will be subjected too. The shear lack of common courtesy is ridiculous to me. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do better
