This is the one in Baker CA ( that has that huge Thermometer in Baker). This Jack-In-The-Box here served up a great Burrito with sausage, hash browns and eggs inside the Breakfast Burrito. Plus the Combo came with another Hash Brown and some coffee. Great breakfast and very friendly Staff all in Baker CA. I will definitely go back there!

The lady is a jerk and unrespectful. I think she has to get more training on customer service. And not to fight with minors.

Made a mobile order like I had done many times before. I confirm the order from home and head to this Jack. They tell me it's not showing up. They tell me to park in the handicap zone. I do that and wait a bit longer. In the mean time I confirmed my order was correct. It was for this location and the order had been processed. The charge is also showing up on my bank account. Someone just walks outside and tells me it's not showing up like I'm supposed to do something about it. I wait a bit longer. I pull up to the drive through again and ask again. They just tell me it's not showing up again with no effort made to do anything about it. After a couple seconds of silence like it was my responsibility to come up with a solution, I just left. Im a very frequent customer for this location but not any more. Thanks for robbing me Jack.

The management is rude and customers have to damn near threaten the employees to use the restroom.

Don't come here; the employees come and park their car in the drive-through to close early and hour early.

They got the order wrong had to go back through the drive thru and they kept my friends chase ATM card good thing when we went back they had the card. The food is still good though.....

I like their tacos and the 5. Something meal, it's cheap but good

I ordered online, pressed the button to make the food, so is paid for right? When i go to the window they said they don’t have chicken nuggets, they said cancel the order in the app, but the app say it can not be cancelled once you order it, that you might as well get your food since it is already paid for… but they don’t have it. They said they did not know how to cancel it, basically it was up to me so i left thinking i could cancel it but afterwards i found out is not possible. If you get to the window ask for a cash refund or different food but don’t walk away because you are paying…at least they should have offered me different food in exchange for the payment i made… update…i talked to them at the window inquiring about what happened and maybe a solution to the problem would have been to give me something else instead of the three five piece nuggets, like a shake and they say they don’t do that. And then they dizzed me ?. So i could not ask more questions. I am thinking if there is no way to refund the money then the what is the point of the app, so far all other restaurants can refund the money in cash at least. i can already hear them saying we can not refund your money, you have to call customer service.12/20/2021, i can’t believe it, i was in the drive thru and ordered some fries for me, my passenger wanted to pay separately and they say they can’t. If i wanted to add to the order ok, but can not order separately, i asked why and they said because they are understaffed. Now i know i get a response that says “ we are sorry for your experience, email us and we will escalate the issue”. You know what? I don’t care if you escalate the issue, fix the problem, tell your employees what to do in this situations and don’t patronize your customers. Don’t even bother to reply no more.

Went to the drive thru today and grabbed the cluck sandwich. I pretty much just got the chicken and bun. They gave me.. I don't even know what to call it, a squirt? Im glad i payed 5 dollars for a dry bun and chicken. ??
