Average taste, nothing extraordinary that you have not tried somewhere before. Food price OK . bathroom is very clean and very well kept. Too many youngsters are part of the staff , so the food serving sometimes it leads to confusion and a neglected consumer . There should be a balance staffing should include the energy the innovation of youngsters and the common sense and experience of the elders .
I absolutely LOVE the remodel. It looks so nice now. Also I'm so glad this location is finally on the app being I live like right next to it.
In many locations, they don’t make the brewed ice tea. They have the fuze ice tea ;(Thankfully they still make it brewed at this jack in the box on Firestone in the city of Downey, CA.Across from the Mc Donald’s Support them and let them know it’s because they have the best real brewed ice tea.Cheers to all the real ice tea drinkers.
Service was great. Very polite The food was great, My daughter orders the chicken tenders And she said this Jack in the Box actually had the best that she's had Comparing them from other jack-in-a-box locations.
First time I’ve ever had a fast food chain deny access to a restroom. Not pretending to be cleaning or not have one, flat out no hand washing allowed in this restaurant
Not a big fan of Jack in the Box. came here for Lunch. It was appropriately one thirty p.m. Lobby was empty. Drive thru was packed. Same cashier taking orders on drive thru was taking orders for people walking in. Management needs to do a better job and not allow this to happen. Because of it I had to wait approximately ten minutes before my order was taken. Other than that, lobby was clean and the restroom was very clean. Food was ok.

If you want to dine in stay away from this location as seems employees are rude welcoming guesses even YELLING at costumers. UNFORTUNATELLY IT HAPPENED AT ME and second time when i go dinning there. I know that many places are short staffed but costumers will understand they can wait for their food due to this situation of short staffed but the awful service is a nono.NEVER EXPERIENCE A BAD SERVICE BEFORE AS IM A FORMER CASHIER IN THIS CASE I WOULD GET TERMINATED BECAUSE OF THIS. I will definitely go to another jack in the box location but not this one. I know because the one in yorba linda despite the short staffed they were treated you better.
Everytime I go to this place they mess something up. I ordered my food a specific way as I do not eat pork products, and they continue leave something off of my sandwhich.They are young, and it is early but there needs to be a certain standard that is set in place.
Seen this lady wipe her nose and continued making food with NO gloves...
