Their Iced tea is terrible.Iced tea used to come out of a tea only dispenser.Now it comes out of a multi cola and other drink machine, which overpowers and ruins the tea.I can't drink cola and go where they have good tea.Looks like I'm done with Jack in the box. Too bad.
Clearly states this store is a 24 hr business. It's currently 4:32 am. All lights are on. Have been sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes with no assistance. Made several calls, no one answered. We can clearly see the smoke coming from the grill when we drove around. Finally left. Pituful. This is a problem that you seem to have after reading reviews. If I could have given zero ,stars I would. I had to go to another Jack in the box.

I ordered a combo and they forgot my French fries I called to get them next time I went and they said my name wasn’t on there and didn’t give me nothing
The inside is usually closed which sucks, but then again it's maybe to keep bums out cuz they seem to be roaming the area lately
I was in line for an online order and that I ordered 3r minutes ago I got here 20 minutes early and the employee helped one person before me and then asked me to move aside to help another customer. Turns out my food was already done so now it's all cold
The chicken strips were hard and refried. No ranch dressing. But plenty of honey mustard and taco sauce. Wha da????Threw overdone, dry chicken strips in trash.I don't really like Yoshanoya, but at least the food is palatable. Worked at Garey High for 30 years and used to come there often...it is now the worse.
Made a drive thru order of 3 chicken clucks (2 regular, 1 spicy), fries, and 2 tacos. The two tacos were missing. Had to drive back, and received two tacos that were soggy and cold by the time I arrived home. At this point it wasn’t even worth the drive back...
