I'm commenting after owner reply to my review. I did submitted a survey after my visit. Service is slow, seems like a bunch of teenagers hanging out at work on their phones. Too many homeless people outside by the entrance to even try to eat at the restaurant. I'm sure not much you can do with the homeless but u can start with your employees.
I have been to multiple Jack's in the city of Pomona and try to wash my hands but lately they claimed their restrooms are under construction. I enjoy their food but nor having full access to their services is not good for workers like us who use them for lunch. Not being able to use their restrooms is just not cutting it for me. I understand once but it has been longer than a couple months now.
This restaurant is very slow service and un professional. Young people working there looks like they rather be on phones and playing with your food and not worrying about the wait time. Let alone getting orders correct. I seen a homeless man empty his fecal matter all over wall near entrance. Don't go there avoid at all cost I am 100 percent Truthful. I live nearby so I see it also everyday. Trust me.
I think.., JITB has always been a cool place, 'to go' since he began talking! There was (1) location w/in walking distance of our houses & we'd race bikes over there & back; up & down some pretty knarly hills & orchards; where one grouchy farmer used to shoot pellets at us, for stealing his 'sour' ? oranges! But it sure was a lot of fun! ? Yeah, I liked the sourdough ? chicken ? sandwich ?I D K, if they make it like they used to back then.., bc I could pretty much get it anyway I wanted! ? But they still manage to satisfy my hunger & my taste buds, even to this day! ?
Avoid it if you can. The employees are very nice but the location is trapoed between the motel next door and the creepy parking lot. It is a magnet for illicit and shameful activities. This place is not open to dine in. and the corner is being hickjacked by indigents asking for money. Watch your steps, You can see knives , needles and paraphernalia all over the parking lot.
I like the hard shell tacos. I stopped buying the coffee 3 years ago because is pretty watery. But the employees are friendly, they are nice to the costumers. I also like the ?pies.
This particular Jack in the Box is tight with the condiments. They can't possibly be losing money on hot sauce. If I buy 4 tacos it's not unreasonable to ask for 8 hot sauce packs. Give it up Jack, charging a quarter for additional pack is crazy!
Went to pick up my free birthday fries. They were horrible the were cold and fresh at all. The staff was not pleasant at the window. They should invest in someone to help keep it clean around the outside as it is not appealing to see. Made me wonder about the food now I know. Won't stop at this one again.
Worst fast food place they took over 10 min at the drive thru and by the time I got my food it was COLD
I do grubhub deliveries, and I was knocking on the door to ask if they can just hand the food to me instead of waiting in this super long line since I am on time, and they didn’t even want to come to the door and see what I wanted. Very freaking rude and even threw up their hand like okay ! Very poor customer service. I also seen that a person wanted no whip on the shake and the girl scrapped it off with the lid and added more ice cream which is totally against food safety, because what if that person was allergic to whip cream. Very unprofessional and not so smart. Please don’t ever order from here, they are very lazy and disrespectful.
