Sort of slow service... we thought that if we ordered at the window as opposed to the drive-thru that we'd be helped faster. We got our food about the same time as we would have if we'd remained in the drive-thru. I get this food chain is typically busy but this was ridiculous. Other than that the food was great! They refill your drink while you wait for free which is cool. Lastly, we experienced very friendly service! Which is the only key decider of the stars I rated it.

fast service, friendly and clean

In-N-Out is like no other. The food is great. The nostalgia is great. The customer service is great!

Bring a picnic lunch if going to use the drive thru. It took 38 minutes from the street until my food was handed to me. I love In n Out but I won't use this location again.

this place is nasty. got a cold burger, cold fries won't be and a warm melted soda. then the girls all sweaty cooking my food. Yuck! Last time I eat In N Out.

I was there on February 18th at 5:27 p.m., walked up to order of course because it was packed in the Drive-Thru, the young lady, Araceli RI, had an attitude, got mad because I asked her how much was on my gift card, because it was new and had no amount on it, after she told me I asked her how much the animal fries were ( because of course they're not on the menu and there's no price for them) she was very upset that she had to answer these questions, I ordered the animal fries for my daughter and a cheeseburger well done no onions for me, the food was just so so the Patty was not well done it was burned, and my daughter's animal fries were the smallest I've ever seen , not to mention the food was cold and I live close, young lady acted like she didn't want to be there, so awful

Good good! Good Service!?

This location is an In-N-Out so you'd think you're guaranteed to get a good burger, but honestly this location is packed 80% of the time at night, in a dodgy area, on top of that they take a long time usually about a 15-20 minute wait for fast food, and the burger is hit or miss so just okay from me. Can't go wrong with In-N-Out tho.

It's the best burger in town

I'm still a fan but I'm always looking for a better place. My favorite to date is Farmer Boys, the Farmer's Burger.Fact: The meat patties at In-N-Out have gotten smaller over the years. The meat is ridiculously thin and NO flavor since it's non-existent. I basically have to order a 3x2 to get the burger taste that I desire and grew up with back in the 80's. My wife made the observation first about a year ago. I didn't believe her until I tried a single meat cheeseburger like she always gets. The bread, lettuce, tomato and spread dwarfed the meat and its flavor. In-N-Out used to be my favorite burger! Quality due to smaller and smaller meat will now send me to Farmer Boys or The Habit Burger, any day of the week. I'll include a photo of In-N-Out vs Farmer Boys (Farmer Burger). Which Burger looks better? Farmer's Burger is way better and meatier. If you're going to do In-N-Out, be sure to do at least a triple. Overall, In-N-Out puts out a good burger!!!
