We were seated immediately even though the restaurant was very busy. Our hostess immediately brought us our drinks and water and was very professional and friendly. Our server, Natalia , was exceptional. She provided over the top service and made us feel very welcome. Our meal was made to perfection, we requested extra crispy bacon and that is the way it was delivered. My over medium eggs were perfect. My coffee was hot and Natalia made sure I had plenty of creamer. The bathrooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The restaurant was well lit and clean. I was very pleasantly surprised with this experience. I highly recommend.
Saw all the employes walk off Sunday morning, family and I were hungry and after waiting 2 hours we finally left. But the lack of management and customer service from German, worst attitude towards customers and his employees. Sorry but we are no longer eating at ihop again.
IHOP food is so average now. It feels like they warm up precooked food. Instead of cooking to order
Had breakfast Spicy poblano omelette, coffe pancakes and of course cofeeew, its Sunday fam gathering. And place was very clean
Food tastes just ok, nothing to rave about. Thinnest bacon ever and prices are high. Place is so cold inside. All workers and customers were were jackets. I asked about heat and was told it was on but takes a long time. ????
The pancakes were fire!!!!! had to make sure I drenched my pancakes with three different kinds of syrups? just the way I like it
My brother went to pick up my order gave them the name and confirmation number and time and they diend they received my order. I later went back and the manner was no help she didn’t bother helping was rude, and didnt even give me no confirmation on refunding my money I had paid online. So therefore they kept my money and order. She didn’t even apologize she acted like that was normal situation. By far the worse restaurant I ever been to worst service and the worker are no helpful. I won’t will be wasting my money here ever again. And I’ll make sure to let everyone I know this situation.
We had an amazing waitress and service was great. Food was yummy
We always enjoy our girl lunches and our usual server, Natalie is awesome.
