This location use to be 9n my week basis ut this time was awful.Ordered Tortilla soup and classic burrito meal.Well the burrito came without chicken and beans only rice, i bring it back. The manager a female blonde tie hair close the door on my face and doesn't let me walk in to the restaurant she said it is close now. Well I was at the door with a rice burrito in my hand. They gave a new one.I returned to my car to eat and the worse Tortilla soup and chicken favor I ever taste. The chicken favor taste like old, like when the freezer defrost and refrost the chicken.I use to work at restaurants and believe me it was old chiken.I discard Evething and drive to waba grill. I spend 14.00 at pollo loco Rio Rancho Rd location. I definitely will never come back
Attempted to pick up dinner, but even though they were not supposed to close until 9pm, they weren’t answering the drive through at 8:15pm. There were several cars who tried to drive through behind us. Won’t go back.
How do you run out of creamy Cilantro dressing??? I bought three salads and did not have enough and they don’t even have ranch.
I ordered three chicken nacho. When I received my order, the chicken was grind up chicken breasts and dry and which I was told by the male cashier at the drive-thru window that the chicken nachos will be served with thigh meat. That was not true! I returned to the drive-thru and I asked for the manager the male cashier replied that the three nachos were prepared by the female manager. The female cashier refuse to accommodate or fix the issue with my 3 chicken nachos. Extremely poor customer service by the female manager on duty Sunday night 02/27/2022. I refuse to ever spend my money at this Pollo loco location again.

Excellent service at Rio Rancho Rd.Pomona,Ca. location. Staff prepared my ordered the way l liked it. Excellent menu selection and healthy food choices. Once again staff was very helpful and friendly. Always recheck your order before you leave. Suggestion only. I also noticed customers in the restaurant.
Well-managed and friendly employees. One of the better Pollo Loco restaurants. I sometimes get too much of the overcooked, charred and chewy outside skin and meat that is like burnt chicken-jerky in the burritos at other Pollo Loco restaurants....but not at this restaurant : )
Visited this dining location on 10/24/21 at 7:31 pm and was assisted by a male employee (Byron L, was printed on the receipt) and his professional and courteous service and manner was appreciated. Even though the location was extremely busy he ensured that customers were attended to in a timely and respectful manner. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and delicious. Thanks and God Bless! Great Job!
